Ghost GEO is operated by Ghost AI Solutions to help authorized business users measure and improve search and AI visibility. We collect only the information needed to provide the service, operate secure accounts, and connect approved measurement providers.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details, client business profiles, website URLs, audit results, visibility metrics, report activity, and provider connection metadata. When a user connects Google Search Console, we store an encrypted token bundle and use it only to request Search Console data for the selected property.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, generate visibility reports, run measurement snapshots, detect anomalies, coordinate approved work, and maintain service reliability and security.

Google User Data

Google data is used only to read authorized Search Console properties and normalize performance metrics for reporting inside Ghost GEO. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as necessary to provide and secure the requested service.

Security

Provider tokens are encrypted before storage. Access is restricted to authenticated, authorized users and operational systems required to deliver the service.
